After dying the wood chips at 190 - 200 C to a moisture content below 5-8% it is moulded with synthetic binder under pressure of approximately 4.5 MPa-5.5 MPa and density as high as 0.8 g/ cm3 and temperature 150 - 170 C with each process lasting over 5-8 minutes. These are no risk material according to FAO-IPPIC-ISPM 15
